Meditation practice invites you to slow down, get curious about and feel your present moment experience. 

This opens up a being quality of spaciousness where you are able to feel and include more of yourself and your experience. 

Your thinking, speaking and acting come from a clearer and more integrated place of felt connection. 

Meditation reminds you of the vastness of your essential nature  

Through meditation you touch the timeless, reconnecting with the core of who you are, beyond the masks you wear. 

You start to feel the aliveness of life filling you, living in you and expressing through you.  

Embodied Presence Meditation Community
Weekly – Live on Zoom – 75 minutes

The intention is to create conscious global community of like-hearted people.
 
A safe and nourishing space to gather and experience connection, transformation and inspiration.
 

Practicing together generates a collective intelligence that is transformational: 
we create a healing field of loving energy for the benefit of all.

Each month we explore a *Dharma teaching and incorporate this theme into practice and daily living. 
 
This invites a monthly commitment and nourishes the potential for growing and deepening together.
 
The sessions also include:
  • Somatic awareness practices
  • Guided meditation and heart opening practices
  • Enquiry, facilitation, listening and sharing
  • And whatever else that wants to express.
