Then join me for this Wellness Weekend to bring the twinkle back into your eyes and the spring back into your step!

During this wonderful retreat, we focus on nutrition and lifestyle suggestions that are cleansing and cooling in nature. Other exciting insights will be shared about the medicinal properties of food and spices along with a range of easy to prepare wholesome vegetarian meals.

Wake up and stretch your mind, whilst pampering your body during the early morning hatha yoga class, afternoon self-massage session and yoga nidra (deep relaxation), as well as evening meditation. And there’s still plenty of time to soak up the beauty of nature.

When we know how to nurture ourselves, we can then nurture our loved ones and, in so doing, the environment!
