Reflect, Rest and Reconnect

Another year draws to a close… what lessons and gifts has 2013 brought for you?  I invite you to take a few moments to reflect on the year that has been, to give thanks for its lessons – especially those challenging ones! – creating space to welcome the new.

“We can only be said to be alive in those moments when our hearts are conscious of our treasures.”
Thornton Wilder

During the busyness of December with extra commitments, remember to take a few moments each day to be still and to consciously connect to your breath.  This helps to ground you back into your body and the present moment.  Think of one thing that you feel grateful for – this brings you back into an open heart – before continuing with your activity.

Thank you for your continued support during the year and more importantly thank you for your dedication to your own transformation.

When your body and mind are healthy and in harmony, you are more able to experience the fullness of life with ease and joy!  Wishing you a peaceful and happy December sharing with family and friends!

“Humankind has not woven the web of life.  We are but one thread within.  Whatever we do to the web we do to ourselves.  All things are bound together.  All things connect.”
Chief Seattle
